Follow Friday #16

"Follow Friday" is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my blog. Don’t forget to comment and leave your link so I can return your follows.

Q: You are a matchmaker — your goal, hook up two characters from two of your favorite books. Who would it be? How do you think it would go?

ANS: Now this is an interesting questing question. I don't really think I need to pair any of the characters from my favorite books because they are already well matched together. Let me try something.......how about pairing  Cole from Everneath (by Brodi Ashton) and Calliope/Hera from Goddess Test (by Aimee Carter).....i know they are a weird pair and i'm against pairing but they kinda seem to work both are paranormal/spiritual beings and both are and have been in the wrong. What do do you all think?

  2. I haven't read either book, so I don't know these characters. I agree with you that it's tough to mess with pairs from your favorite books. This question really makes you think! :)

  3. It's amazing how many characters are in relationships. I didn't even realize it until I tried to answer this. I had to break up a relationship just to make this question work.

  8. That is really interesting! I don't think there would be anything romantic there but they would probably start scheming an evil plot! Great pairing! New follower :) Check out my FF:

  13. Very interesting!! Can't quite remember Calliope, been books and books ago since I read The Goddess Test or Goddess Interrupted! And Cole...I read Everneath, but he's escaping me at the moment! I know there was 2 guys in that one, but can't recall which he was.

Regardless of my poor memory, it sounds like a good match!

  16. This is sort of a great pairing! Cole made me so mad in Everneath and Calliope also made me angry in Goddess Test and Interrupted! They'd make an awesome pair somewhere in the deepn recesses of Hell together lol.
Thanks for stopping by on the hop!

  26. I haven't read Everneath so I don't know Cole as a character yet. But I will have to admit while I liked Calliope her stunts in 'The Goddess Test' made me not a fan of hers. She was hurt because of her own deeds and her unwillingness to let go of a love that was never meant to be. She couldn't be strong for herself so she decided to be evil. I never felt sorry for her as a character. But I will never deny anyone love so if he could definitely so her what true love is then it would be interesting to see.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I'm following you back now.
